Almost as good as beachfront, but only a fraction of the cost! 
For sale is a Multi-family zoned lot located right across the street from undeveloped, unspoiled Hotel Point Beach in Great Harbour Cay. This lot is HUGE-just under one acre. 
And it is priced just right- $45,000 USD! A two minute walk across the street and down the beach access path and you are sinking your feet into white, powder soft sand! 
You may think that at this low price, the property must be in "da bush" , but no- There is electricity and excellent paved roads. There are no homes within  at least 1/8 mile north or south from the lot, so it is not in a busy developed area. There are no beachfront homes across the street to block your view. (however, I would recommend building a home on pilings, not because of a flood threat, but to enhance your view of the sea.)

Did I mention that the lot is zoned for multi family use? There are only a handful of these lots on the island. You can build one, or more homes on the lot. (permit necessary if your plans call for more than a single family home)
